Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Bright & Shine. We want you to be happy with your purchase – If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. If you have any questions please contact us.

We offer a 30 days returns policy – all items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in advance by Bright & Shine.

You have 30 days for returning unwanted goods from the date of sale. Before you return your purchase please contact:

Rachael or Gareth on 07912 537196, by email hello@brightandshine.co.uk or at our Showroom: 5D Parc Derwen Fawr, Llanidloes, Powys, SY18 6FE to discuss your return.

Once your goods are received at our showroom’s warehouse, we will check the item (s) to ensure that they are in their original condition. This also includes the packaging. Once we have inspected and approved the return we will contact you and we will issue a refund within 7 working days. You will receive confirmation by email of your refund.


Free UK Mainland shipping on all orders over £100. For orders under £100 there is a standard charge of £20. For customers outwith mainland UK please contact Gareth & Rachael to discuss your order. We do deliver to the UK Islands plus Northern Ireland but by special arrangement only.

All items in stock are processed for delivery on the same day. We normally have one day handling and for palette deliveries they are normally delivered within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped.


This website is owned and operated by Bright & Shine. We take data security and data protection very seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy of its supporters and stakeholders. We fully comply with the GDPR regulations. This privacy policy sets out how we use the personal information that we collect from you.

How do we receive personal information?

We only collect personal information when you specifically provide it to us. This may happen when you contact Bright & Shine, register on our website, or register to receive future e-newsletters.

Where stated we may use the personal information you provide to contact you in the future about our work and for marketing purposes. You will always be able to unsubscribe from any of our marketing communications.

What do we do with your personal information?

We are legally obliged by GDPR to make sure that we only use your information for the purposes for which it was requested. In addition we may use the information for the following purposes:

If you have subscribed to receive e-newsletters, we will use your email address to send you information about important issues and changes to the website. Each email will give you the option to stop receiving information from Bright & Shine. If you have requested information to be sent to you, we will only use the email address and postal address provided to communicate with you about this information in the future.

Will we share your personal information with anyone else?

No we will not pass your information on to any third party organisation, unless you are using KLARNA (see information below). We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may use third party service providers to operate our business or to administer activities on your behalf but personal information will only be disclosed where it is necessary for performance of the services in question for you and for no other purpose. In any event we will ensure that such third party service provider is also registered with the Information Commissioner and has adequate measures of security in place for protection of your personal information.

Keeping your information up-to-date and rights of access

Changes made will be actioned as soon as practical and generally within five working days, although due to the way that we select and use data it may take up to one calendar month for the changes to become effective. Any requests for access to information must be in writing and will be responded to within 40 days. We may however make a small administration charge for access requests.

We only use cookies on our website for technical reasons and not to collect users’ personal information.
